Meet Connor St. Jean

If you had met me growing up, you would have never guessed I'd become a professional bodybuilder.

I still remember attending a football camp one summer where I was, without question, the slowest, weakest, and most uncoordinated athlete there. It was a humbling experience. Watching everyone else move with speed and confidence made one thing painfully clear,I wasn't naturally gifted.

That weekend changed my life.

Instead of accepting that athleticism simply wasn't for me, I walked into the weight room with one goal: become better than I was yesterday.

At the time, I never imagined that the kid who struggled to keep up on the football field would one day earn professional status in natural bodybuilding, or win a professional bodybuilding title.

That's why I coach the people I do today.

I don't coach lifelong athletes.

I coach ordinary people who don't see themselves as athletic but have the desire to build an extraordinary physique. People who have always admired bodybuilding from a distance but never believed they could stand on a stage themselves.

Over the last decade, I've learned that building an impressive physique isn't reserved for people with elite genetics or athletic backgrounds.

It's a skill.

And like any skill, it can be learned with the right coaching.

My coaching philosophy is built around one principle:

The quality of your execution determines the quality of your results.

Anyone can hand you a workout program. Very few coaches teach you how to perform every exercise so the target muscle does the work it was intended to do.

That's where my coaching is different.

Every week, my clients submit training videos for review. Together, we analyze exercise execution, identify where muscular tension is being lost, improve movement mechanics, and refine every repetition so that each set produces the greatest possible stimulus for growth.

My goal isn't simply to tell you what exercises to perform.

My goal is to teach you how to become your own best coach by understanding why each movement works and how to execute it with intention.

Since beginning my coaching career in 2016, I've helped first-time competitors and experienced athletes alike build physiques they never thought possible. Along the way, I've guided clients to class victories, overall titles, and professional status while continuing to pursue excellence in my own competitive career.

In 2019, I earned my WNBF Professional Card by winning the Overall title at Naturalmania. In 2025, I achieved another milestone by winning my first professional bodybuilding title. While those accomplishments mean a great deal to me, they aren't what define my coaching.

The greatest satisfaction comes from watching someone who once believed they "weren't athletic enough" discover what they're truly capable of.

Outside of bodybuilding, my background as a Primary Care Paramedic and my work supporting individuals with special needs have shaped the way I coach. They've taught me patience, communication, and the importance of meeting every person where they are,not where you expect them to be.

Whether your goal is stepping on a bodybuilding stage for the first time or building a physique you've always dreamed about, my mission remains the same:

To help you realize that becoming stage-ready isn't about being born an athlete. It's about learning how to train like one.

Because I wasn't born an athlete.

I became one.

And I believe you can too.
