About Team St.Jean

Connor St.Jean bio:
Connor St. Jean was born on November 5, 1989, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. He attended St. Francis Xavier University, where he graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, majoring in Jazz Studies. While his academic focus was music, his passion for bodybuilding steadily grew throughout his university years. Shortly after graduating, Connor began his first contest preparation and stepped on stage in November 2012.
Dissatisfied with his initial performance—particularly competing as a natural athlete in an untested show—Connor was driven to improve. In 2013, he competed in a natural bodybuilding event with the IDFA in Moncton, where he placed 2nd, outperforming several more experienced competitors. This marked a turning point, solidifying his place in natural bodybuilding and igniting a deeper commitment to refining his physique and competitive results.
During this same period, Connor pursued a career in healthcare, enrolling in an intensive Primary Care Paramedic program at Holland College. After graduating in 2014, he began working on the ambulance, gaining a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pre-hospital care—knowledge that would later enhance his coaching approach.
In 2016, Connor began coaching clients, initially offering his services for free before transitioning to paid coaching in 2017. That same year, he competed at the WNBF Monster Mash in Boston, Massachusetts, aiming to earn his pro card. Despite bringing a competitive physique, minor miscalculations led to a 3rd place finish in his class—another pivotal moment that fueled his growth moving forward.
After stepping away from his paramedic career, Connor fully committed to his development as both an athlete and coach. In September 2019, he competed at the prestigious WNBF Naturalmania, where he won both his class and the overall title, earning his WNBF Pro Card. During this time, he also expanded his coaching business, guiding multiple athletes to class and overall victories.
Alongside his work in fitness, Connor developed a strong passion for supporting individuals with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. He worked with organizations such as Stars for Life in Charlottetown, further deepening his commitment to making a positive impact beyond bodybuilding.
Following the challenges of the pandemic, Connor made his WNBF Pro debut in 2022 at the WNBF Calgary Pro, where he earned a top-three finish against high-level competitors.
In 2024, Connor relocated from Prince Edward Island to Ottawa, Ontario, where he began working with the Ottawa Catholic District School Board as an Educational Assistant, continuing his work with individuals with special needs.
In 2025, Connor achieved new competitive milestones, winning his divisions in both Classic Physique and Bodybuilding at Canadian Physique Natural Pro Qualifiers. He went on to secure his first professional victory at the WNBF Summer Explosion in Naugatuck, Connecticut.
Today, Connor’s greatest passion lies in coaching clients both online and in person. He is dedicated to helping individuals transform their physiques while building sustainable habits and confidence. In the summer of 2026, he further solidified his professional credentials by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Connor continues to strive toward excellence—both as a competitor and as a coach—committed to delivering the highest level of guidance to those who choose to work with him.
